For the last few weeks I have been researching the ancient biblical town of Laodicea

which was located in Asia-Minor which is present day Turkey. THis town was very wealthy, and part of its history was that it was completely leveled in 60 AD by a major earthquake. Rome offered to rebuild it, but they were so wealthy that they rebuilt it themselves. Then it was leveled again around 600 AD by another earthquake and was never rebuilt. So I was just pondering this weeks earthquake there and was just wondering if there is a major fault line in that area? The bible reminds us that in the end times....Matthew 24:7..."

Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places."

It just makes me wonder if this is a geological event, or an act of GOD in the coming of the end, or most likely both. Of course we have always had earthquakes and these things, but they do seem to be more frequent and intensifying. I hate the terrifying Earthquake occurred there and the terrible death toll that comes with it, but it does make me consider these things. This quake, covid19, some store selves being empty, Russia vs, Ukraine, Stress between Israel and Iran, the US and China. Keep looking to the sky and keep Jesus close, and if we do, we'll all be just fine as long as Jesus is your redeemer. The bible tells believers, "Let not your heart be troubled" GOD bless.
