How do you guys feel about polyandry in the church's history?

How do you guys feel about polyandry in the church's history? 


I'd always heard that polygamy was necessary because the women needed men to take care of them. But polyandry, or Joseph Smith getting married to women happily married already... well now I'm reading the new apologetics I had never heard before, and they feel off to me. But what do you guys think?
