 Take a close look at the shape of this lady's belly. 

Pleasr If you notice your belly change to this shape during labour,   especially if you have had a previous birth via cesarean section, it means your womb is very likely about to rupture if nothing is done quickly to save you and your baby . 

An emergency cesarean section will very likely need to be done immediately before things get bad.

 Pay attention to your belly during labour. And work with your midwives  to ensure labour ends on a good note.  

 Ps : the line that divides the pregnancy belly into two is called the Bandl's ring
