The empire that was built on hiding love will fall to love itself.
The Vatican and its minions have built an empire pretending to teach the spirituality of Jesus in churches worldwide. From gilded pulpits they speak of redemption while selling everything sacred — they could sell you a prostitute and call it salvation, package your shame and sell it back to you as forgiveness.
For centuries the machine has worked perfectly. Confess. Pay. Repent. Repeat. They turned the simple message of a Galilean carpenter into a currency, and the world paid in guilt.
But there was one truth they could never fully burn, never fully bury.
That Jesus was not the cold, sexless idol they carved out of marble. He was a man who loved, who touched, who knew the intimacy of human love. And he had a wife.
She was there. Not hidden in the footnotes, but at the center. The one he spoke to first after the resurrection. The one the other disciples were jealous of because "he loved her more than us." The one they erased from the scriptures with careful knives.
They hid her because a Jesus who loved a woman as an equal cannot be controlled. A Jesus who knew marriage, who knew the sacredness of a woman's body and soul, leaves no room for priests who claim only they stand between humanity and God. If love is sacred in a marriage bed, what do you need their indulgences for?
They can keep selling. They can keep pretending. But scrolls crumble open. Texts found in desert jars speak. The truth of Jesus and his wife cannot remain hidden forever.
The empire that was built on hiding love will fall to love itself.
